Do I need to register to place an order?
You don't need to be a registered customer to place an order. However we do recommend you register as a customer for easy access to your account and order history. If you check out as a guest, none of your details will be saved.
How do I know my order has gone through?
You'll receive a confirmation email upon successfully placing your order. Please use this to check that your order details and delivery address are correct. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please contact us on 01 4509134 (International 00 353 1 4509 134) or email orders@springwools.com, and we'll confirm whether your order went through.
I forgot to add items to my order, can you add them?
We can't adjust orders to include more items. As long as your online order hasn't already dispatched, we can merge it with another order. The best thing to do is to telephone us with your credit or debit card details if you wish to have additional items included with your online dispatch without incurring another delivery charge. Please note that online orders can be dispatched within minutes of having been received.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed, we may be able to cancel it before it's dispatched. Please call us on 01 4509134 (International 00 353 1 4509 134) for more information. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the usual returns procedure.
